Packaged version changes and locks character pawn at 0,0,0 on more than 1 play through of packaged game

Hi as mentioned above I for the life of me do not understand what the error is, because in the editor everything works as it should. I do not get any packaging errors nor do I get blueprint errors. The problem comes when I package the product. It will not spawn me at the player start set in the level nor will it possess the pawn. Im forced to becoming a camera at 0,0,0 .I tried changing the player start to a normal blueprint actor to see if that was the problem. I tried to set my player character to always spawn no matter what. I moved the player start around the level (checking its collision), I tried to override the game mode in the project settings and in the level. I just don’t know what the problem could be? Any help would be much appreciated as this project is time-sensitive.
