Packaged levels have missing/changed materials/static meshes?

Hello all, using the Unreal Editor I was making a level for Unreal Tournament and I have finished and packaged it. Everything works fine but for some reason the material on the Terrain isn’t showing. I also placed Kill Volumes in the level that are not appearing to work. I seem to also have static meshes in the level that I deleted before saving and packaging it. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I made sure to save all my assets under the Content folder as well.
