Packaged issues

Hi Epic

It’s my first time typing a question here and I hope to be here a lot more
Anyway, I’m not inexperienced with UE4 about 2 years or more working with assets,materials,blueprints et
and I wanted to study fps targets and ability of my two laptop targets
and I only packaged the firstpersonshooter example (with only two lights and SM low static mesh) and tried to manipulate some settings too

I don’t know if you could zoom in but they are :

r.TextureQuality 0
r.ShadowQuality 0
r.PostProcessAAQuality 0
r.EffectsQuality 0
r.PostProcessingQuality 0
r.ViewDistanceScale 0.4

to make it a lot more digestible,then after packaging on the first lap(intel corei7-4610M 3.00 3.00\RAM 8 GB\AMD Radeon HD 8690M)here is the results

and a maximum of 60 fps (with some questions about how with good 25 to 30 fps New Dawn in med graphics )

for the latter lap (intel celeron \RAM 2GB\intel hd graphics -actually tomb raider 13 was so playable around this resolution) the results are always (with-without my modifications and my assets)
5-6 fps what is questionable is that it is fixed all the time on high defaults low mods with spiderman asset & without
another noticeable issue is that first person gun is black on low end pc and third person character has some of these black material on him (very confident some issue with lighting)

As I said i’m new here and I wanted to show more as i could info about the problem but very frankly didn’t do before and it will be your significant help if you make my day and fix this nightmare or show me how to give more details
