Packaged game crashes after adding /HairStrands/Emitters to cook

I’m working on a project that uses a groom asset for the hair. I packaged the game (using File\Package Project\Windows 64bit) and the hair was not moving but I saw in the log I needed to add assets from /HairStrands/Emitters so I added that folder to the “Additional Asset Directories To Cook” in the project settings.

But when I package again, and try to run the compiled game, I get a crash reporter window that says this:
