Package working perfectly on Windows but not on Android

I’ve been working on an android game for the past couple weeks and up until today my android builds have been flawless. Today I went to adjust some setting for package to reduce the 700mb file size and suddenly the android build is no longer working on my phone.
The cooking/packaging process completes with no errors but when I load the game on my phone the materials for the world background and my player sprites are nonexistent, leaving the whole screen black except for the UI and for some reason the coin sprites.
However if I package the game for Windows it works flawlessly, just like how it is in the editor.
I would upload pictures but the forum won’t let me at the moment so hopefully this makes sense.

make sure ogl is off and vulkan is on is my first suggestion.
