Package Project Error

Hi All, It is a Few Days I am trying to package a Very simple Black Project with just a super simple geometry exported from max. I did already asked for help still things are not pointing the right direction here.

I am running windows 7 with sp1 fully updated and I have installed visual studio 2017 (i did follow unreal engine documents).

Still I am Unable to Package a Simple Project, Any Help?

better to attach full log. try to delete temporary files - saved, intermediate, build and in the *.uproject make plugins false (if enabled)
