Now i have the win sdk 8.1 and VS 2017. The engine is updated to 4.16 but i cant package. Cooking is no problem.
Just the packaging wont work. I really dont know what i cant do now.

Ive made the Default.ini commands:

and Enabled the Steam Plugin.
The Overlay is there and iam on Spacewars but i cant Package the Project to Win64. So if i work now on the Project and cant Package it at the end. Why should i work on it ?
Please can someone help me ?

I needed to reinstall vs2015 then created an empty c++ class and builded it in VS
Now it works fine.
