Hello I am trying to package my game for Windows. I am trying for months. Seems like Unreal Engine’s bug destroyed my game?

Ok, so here we go bumping again. And no one will answer it months. And it seems that I am the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD who has such bug for WIndows.
