Package menu under the 'File' section doesn't exist in Unreal 4.27

I wanted to build one of my projects recently to test it out and noticed that in the file menu there is no option for building. For reference, this is a blueprint-only project. Below is a screenshot of how my file menu looks:

I disabled all of my plugins to check if one of them was maybe causing problems but the menu is still gone.

I seem to recall it’s under the Tools menu?

Project Launcher is what you’re looking for.

I found the launcher and tried using it but am getting some errors that I can’t find a solution to. The project should be packaged for Android, I did all the Android Studio/Java stuff, that is all good but whenever I try to run the Project Launcher I get the following error:

There is only one post about this on the forums and there they haven’t said anything for a solution. Also every video out there that has 4.27 projects has the ‘Package’ section in the file menu but for me it’s gone. Don’t really know even if my settings for the launcher are okay:

Are you actually using the water plugin? If not, then I would disable it.

The rest looks ok, although packaging is often a pain, even on your own stuff…

I’m not used to this package launcher, usually work with UE5. Also android builds are always finicky

I am using the Water plugin, cannot really turn it off. Have any suggestions on what I could do?

The Launcher is a feature of both 4 and 5.

I still think there is the other method of packaging, if you want that, but I can’t recall which menu it’s under ( in 4 ), or the button in the viewport.
