Package game under 100MB, how?

In the last jam, there is an entry that makes less than 100MB, how is this done? I mean, when I package a game the Engine folder alone makes more than 70MB, then there is a content folder too. I deleted some folders from the Engine folder and it seems to work, but is that safe?
