Package always fails in 32 bits

I recently upgraded my game from 4.7 to 4.16 hoping i could launch it on the switch eventually, i got the game running in the engine but when i try to package it for 32 it always fails, when i do the same for 64 bits it packages but the .exe doesn’t run when you click it.

I have no idea what is going on since the logs don’t seem to say anything…

So far i have tried, removing all the steam stuff.
Deleting all the temp folders.
Running the batch file that build the package directly from the console(it threw some cl.exe error).

I am completely out of ideas, so i am bumping this hoping some unreal dev sees it.
