Not sure if I asked this in the right sections so I am reposting here. It is beyond me why there is no area in UE perforce integration to set the password for perforce…but here we are. I can connect, check out, submit using perforce’s actual gui app, but for some reason UE 4 and 5 are having issues. it says its connected but still says the password is not set, Unreal doesnt auto check out, auto add created files, aka the fluid environment that I have seen on youtube following the tutorials. I have tried setting it as a global variable within windows its self but still the same issue.
