Hey, is there a way to get my own Steam App ID while developing my Game without paying 100$ ?
There’s a test ID for everyone.
It’s good that Steam charges 100 bucks for the ID, it keeps the idiots out.

So there is no way to ‘publish’ a private game on Steam…?

Is it published or is it private? What do you mean?
If you use a real ID, you can supply links to select groups, you don’t have to publish outright.
Something like uploading my Game to Steam, but nobody except for me has acces to it.
That’s the default. You have to go out of your way to give access to it.
Okay last question, do I have to pay 100 $ for each Game or just once?
No problem.
Each game. Which is fair enough, for what you get.
It’s a good deal for 100 bucks. As long as you follow their instructions, your game will get exposed to the possibility of greater coverage in a very fair way. If that’s what you want.
The patching system is also great.
