Overide with Double Perlin Noise in the Sequencer is a great animation feature.
But, its not a universal feature in all channels!
For example, on a Control Rig channel the option is not available in the right click menu.
Apparently in the docs it says “Currently only float/double and transform tracks support overridable channels.” Wish it weren’t the case. Looks like I’m still gonna have to use blender or maya to do a complicated operation like noise modifier for animations in the control rig. Unreal’s animation package is still for basic stuff right now.
Came here looking for a way to do wiggle bones type effect in the control rig. I knew about override with double perlin noise feature in sequencer but as mentioned above, that feature for some reason doesn’t show up when trying to work with float values of control rig. It is a great feature in general and would love to see it be available on any value in sequencer that is float.
