Ouya is a Android device, but im not sure if its new enouth for UE4
granted the Ouya is a year old… but is still out performs a majority of the smartphones out there today; And I know that there is at least one dev who put a UDK game on there and with android built in i have to think that going from UE4 would be easier.
Thing is im not sure if Tegra 3 in Ouya is good enuoth which is 2 generations down. Compatibility lists only Tegra 4
Best way o check is to just try it 
see if Tappy Chicken example works on it, it’s most working UE working game on mobile

The Ouya would be considered an Android device. Android support is still in it’s early stages and unfortunately at this time we are not officially providing support for the Ouya system. We will be expanding Android support to more devices in the future but there is no official word as to if/when the Ouya will be supported.

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
