Output Warnings

has anybody got something similar in 3D Studio Max?

Warning comes from the Datasmith export plugin after exporting the textured mesh. No further warnings in Unreal.
But what does it mean and can it produce future problems in the level?

You’re gamma correcting a normal map in max and that’s a bad practice

no, I not gamma corrected the texture in Max - or program is doing it automatically. I loaded the texture into the material editor like all others and connected it to the appropriate slot - nothing else
