Output of Build is unexpected in UE5.6

So, I have recently started learning unreal and following this video on YouTube for the same, although when I tried to implement Baked Lighting following the tutorial (timestamp of video attached) following the exact steps and tried building the outputs have been different.

I tried to find a similar issue in unreal forums but was unable to figure out. What am I doing wrong, I tried to do this twice but where am I messing up I am unable to figure out. Would appreciate help!
