Output log scrollbar doesn't snap to bottom when filtering log categories

Not much to add. When filtering the output log by log categories, the output log doesn’t stay scrolled to the bottom (in the spirit of “tail” on Unix systems, for example).

This has been previously reported as a bug when filtering by Verbosity or by keywords, and has been fixed for these two scenarios, however the case when filtering by log categories may have been missed.
