Which of these is better for gaming?

RGB has full dynamic range support, but only 8 bit color depth.
YCbCr422 only has limited dynamic range, but has 8, 10, and 12 bit color depth.
The other 2 options only has limited range and 8 bit color depth.

Unless you’re on an HDR display, use RGB at 8 bit.
My display does support HDR. I should have brought it up in the original post, but im using a Sony 43x800d

Then use YCbCr422 with 10 BPC. Like most TVs, it’s HDR10, and HDMI isn’t fast enough yet to do full RGB HDR.
