Outline of My Model is Covering entire Model

I’m using these models (see in image) for a fan game, but the outline texture is covering the entire model when it’s supposed to be based on camera view.
Here is the broken Unreal port:


The outline is attached to the model itself.

Figured out why it covered model, I accidently put the glow in Normal instead of Emissive.
