As the title states, the Outline tint in any image brush under Brush → Outline Settings → Outline does not Inherit any Foreground color even with the Inherit checkbox checked. I’m using Unreal 5.3 and as you can see in these screenshots, the Foreground does not apply to the outline color:

I’m not sure why there is even an option to Inherit for the Outlines unless there’s some hidden way of getting the colors to work properly. I’ve also tried checking and unchecking the Foreground Color Inherit checkbox on the root level UW_Dropdown seen above but it has no effect. Not even just a brand new User Widget with just a single Image as a child seems to pass down the Foreground Color to the Outline tint.
