Outline for player character partially behind object


I wonder how to detect if player character is partially behind any object from viewport perspective (actual player’s view) and how to outline or render this part in any other way in front of this object so player can see it. I suspect there is some way to check which part of character is not currently rendered and post-process it. Any blueprint or code examples are more than appreciated.

This is an example how this should look like.
