Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource

Hello, when I’m opening UE4, and click my projects and after trying to load them, I get an error message which says:
Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource.
My laptop System info are below:

is this bug ? or my laptop can’t open it ?

Does your computer have a dedicated GPU? If so, then it could be trying to use the integrated GPU instead which wouldn’t run as well.
