Out of Memory trying to allocate rendering resource

Hi All, I’m hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this issue. Before I get into it yes I have thoroughly scoured the forums and tried everything I can but the issue still persists.
I’m working on a work project and placing around box reflection capture actors. No matter if I duplicate one or drag a new one into the level I’m suddenly getting the error: “Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource. Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running. Exiting…” I have updated the GFX card, Windows 10 is up to date. I have rebooted, of course. I have only had UE4 project open and still it happens. The machine I am running has the latset NVidia Geforce RTX 3090 (so has 24GB RAM) and the computer itself is an AMD Ryzen 9 5900 with 64GB RAM. The project is very small at this stage as it’s just being initially setup ready for the remainder of the assets to be imported. It was running fine all morning and of course yesterday when I started the project and now suddenly it’s having a hernia. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!

Same problem here.

What is your projects reflection capture resolution set to?

Did you start your project from the ArchViz template? Because that uses 2k reflection captures which will very rapidly tank your memory usage.

I was able to launch the ArchViz Project just fine. Its the Seaside_Town, Demonstration level that is crashing it for me. It crashes while trying to open the level.
It just strikes me as odd that the engine is crashing when the video card still has at least 12GB of video memory available on it.

In any event, in a Ray Tracing project. Do you know how I might cap certain things before opening the level so I can slowly bring things up to see whats crashing it?
