Summary
We’ve recently discovered that our plugins are not appearing in FAB search results for users located in Europe. In contrast, users in the United States are able to find them without issue. We test it by searching for “Errant”. Interestingly, the products also don’t appear on our seller page when accessed from Europe, although they can still be opened via the direct links.
Our products are listed as External Links, which might be related to the issue.

Steps to Reproduce
- Search for “Errant” on FAB (or visit Fab) from Europe (via VPN)
- See that Errant Landscape, Errant Biomes and Errant Paths products are not displayed in the search results.
- Repeat the steps when connecting from USA - the products are properly listed.
Expected Result
We would expect the search results to display our products no matter from which location we’re connecting.
Observed Result
Our products are only displayed in the search results when connecting from USA, but not when connecting from Europe.
