OrthographicCamera Strange Lighting Effect

I am currently learning UE4 and am trying to use the Orthographic Camera. But when I place any camera into the scene and set it to ortho, It seems to have this strange bloom effect that lights up all my Paper2D sprites on screen.

Note: I haven’t touched any of the render or postprocess settings on the camera. All I do is add a camera to the scene and set it to be orthographic and this problem persists…

Is there something I’m doing wrong?
