Orient rotation

I would love to know how to orient my character to have my cam stick to the back of him when moving but when I’m still, have the camera able to rotate.

Just like God of war camera

That’s the standard 3rd person camera then?

Close, but when I move I don’t wanna be able to run towards the camera.
When I stand still I wanna be able to look everywhere without rotating my character but when I’m moving I want the camera to control my rotation

And I suspect you might have to blend to a second camera to do the panning, but I’m not entirely sure…
