Organic deformation of mesh (runtime) at the point of contact with surface

Is there anyone who could explain in a private lesson how to execute this.
Maybe someone has such a solution for resale

someone once said that it is used there:
-3d surface equation x^2 + y^2 = z^2 – simple bump in 3d as the defomation shape inside the material (World Position Offset for vertex offset)
-Signed Distance Fields of a sphere to deform a mesh by knowing it’s radius and position
