Furniture pack created with highly optimized approach based on generic materials combined with baked normal maps, dirt masks and vertex color tricks.
Efficiently packed UV's, low-res dirt masks (512x512), low shader complexity, proper lightmaps resolution, customizable material instances (color, edge wear, dirt, texture scale). Customization with switch parameters, so you can turn off things you don't like and save even more shader instructions.
Drawers, doors and lids are separate static meshes, pinnable into proper sockets.
