Orangujanusz Store - Concrete Slabs

This pack contains high quality static meshes of concrete slabs: full slabs, broken slabs, broken slabs with rebars and standalone rebars. Everything is based on tileable textures. There are also some baked\painted technical masks and vertex colors in usage but the core is always a tileable texture set. Assets are in scale, detailed, sharp and ready to go.

There are 193 models here but that's slabs variations mostly. It goes like this: there's a 19 types of slabs (different shapes and sizes), then there's a broken set of each slab and broken set with rebars of each slab. Bunch of standalone rebars also have variations in their shape.

Concrete material uses random uv shift by the default. It can be disabled in the material settings (search for "Random UV Shift in World Space" checkbox).

There are 3 tileable texture sets: one for the slab surface, one for visible broken parts, one for rebars.

Slabs with rebars attached use 2 material instances. Clean, full slabs and standalone rebars use 1 material instance per asset.

Format for tileable set: Diffuse/Albedo; Normal Map; RMA (Roughness, Metallic, AO).

Format for baked set: Normal Map; CUSTOM mask (edge wear, mask for second texture, ambient occlusion)

You can easily swap textures, adjust colors, normal intensity, edge wear, etc.

RECOMENDATIONS:

  • some standalone detailed rebars have a lot of tris (over 10k), consider forcing LOD2 on them
