Right now, the UE4 camera slows smoothly to a stop over about a half second when you release the movement key. This is the enemy of precise camera positioning. Even turned down to speed 1, if I’m trying to get a precise view of something small (for example, a socket inside a skeletal mesh) it’s infuriating to move the camera as the lightest tap sends the camera sailing off and away, far overshooting the mark.
I’d like an option to disable the camera smoothing for precise work. Additionally, if you’re going to have camera smoothing at all, you should really have camera acceleration as well, so light taps of the keyboard don’t accelerate you up to a speed from which it takes a long time to slow down from again.

I really dislike this camera easing in / out of movement. Please Epic fix it.
