Option to change the Key Interpolation of a key in the sequencer is missing

Did they remove the ability to change keyframe types in sequencer?

Sorry about that. This was a regression that was overlooked. We’ll try to merge the fix to 34.20. In the meantime, you can still use the shortcuts to change key types or the curve editor:
