Are we able to make a new Option menu that allows us to give users the ability to enable/disable part of our TC, So lets Say a Server Admin dosent want X Engram and Structure enabled but the rest he does ect?
I wouldn’t see why not, just replace the reference to the default menu.

Yup, just find the default menu and add some components to it. Not at home, but it shouldn’t be hard to find it. The UMG designer is actually really slick.
