Optimizing Lightmass quality- where is BaseLightmass.ini ?

Guessing this article is referring to deprecated features?

In particular I noticed the increase in quality achieved by reducing Static Lightning Level Scale 1 and increasing NumHemisphereSample values.

But where is BaseLightMass.ini in 4.25, 4.26?
If I reduce Static Lightning Level Scale in 4.25-4.26 is there any other setting I need to change to reduce artifacts?

Any feedback appreciated.

Look at your project’s config folder. There is a file called DefaultLightmass.ini. You can also set most of these values in the world properties of your level.
