Optimizing Animated Flames

I’m reading about various particle system modules, and seeing ones that I think would work exactly for the location of the flames. Here is the link:

World Offset, and/or Initial Loc. You can also attach sockets to the mesh, and possibly use the Bone/Socket Location module. It simply requires measuring the length over which those flames are distributed and dividing it by 12 to get the values for determining their locations, whether with sockets or world offset. Are you saying the gaps made by the Npoints distribution are bigger than intended? If so, try modifying the distribution curve for it to create smaller spacing between the flames.
