Opening Project Settings leads to crash - and library flicker

If your Unreal Engine project crashes when you click on “Project Settings” or If the Epic Games Launcher crashes when you click on Library, I know a potential fix that I could not find on the internet. I spent hours trying to figure the problem out. The solution to my problem was the Thumbnail Picture JPEG of the Project. I had to open file explorer and delete it from there.
