Opening my BPs crashes the editor (references problem)

It looks like this in my Crash Reporter:

You do not have any debugging symbols
required to display the callstack for
this crash.

Here is the test project I reproduced the bug in. After opening it up try to open BP_Parent and the crash will occur.
