Opening many Level sequences causes editor slowdown (and PC)

Summary

I was working with 40 different sequences, and I noticed that when I was going from one to the other, the editor would slow down a lot to the point that some of them would load much slower towards the 40 mark. Maybe related to the recent memory leak?

Steps to Reproduce

Create a sequence
Animate something inside it
Save
Duplicate that sequence 40 times
Open all sequences one after the other

Expected Result

Editor doesnt slow down the more you open

Observed Result

Editor starts loading each sequencer slower than the previous one, even if they are the same in terms of content.
