As you may know, over the last few years we’ve been building out OpenHeritage3d.org, as a scholarly data publishing platform for LiDAR and Photogrammetry data. Through Open Heritage we have been able to provide free access to over 500 high-resolution datasets, some of which have been highlighted and licensed by Capturing Reality.
Open Heritage continues to offer full resolution visualization of 3D data, free long term storage, and a metadata model to enable future re-use. If you haven’t yet had a chance to explore the site we encourage you to visit OpenHeritage3d.org.
