OpenGL4 with sm5 feature support.

As it is now, 4.14 and I assume 4.15, OpenGL4 is not feature complete as it does not fully support sm5 features.

Shouldn’t we be able to use the same material for OpenGL3/4 and DirectX without having to modify them? For example in this market asset the bloom is over powered and the water material is garbled in OpenGL4 sm5 mode. , but works as entended in sm4 with OpenGL4.
