Open World Landscapes Unloading UE 5.0

Hey all, I’m trying to learn Open World level design but I’m running into a problem where tiles are being loaded and unloaded in unpredictable ways…

This image here is when I run the game… so my question is why are some tiles missing? When I get closer to them they will fill in, but I’m trying to learn the logic of why they do what they are doing… I thought they would load based on distance, but it appears that this isn’t really the case and there are tiles much further out that are loaded in.

I’d appreciate any assistance on learning this!
