Which version of the editor are you using? Also, is this issue only reproducible in your project or can you also reproduce it in a new one as well?
Unfortunately I could not reproduce on a new clean project
It’s worth to mention that the sub-levels from my project came from a big level (2gb) that I had to split in several pieces to be able to compile
I have some more questions for you.
How is your project layed out? Are you using landscapes, landscape components, or is your levels just made up of static meshes (like a city)?
If you are using landscapes, were they imported from height maps?
What version of the editor are you using.
Could you post your Callstack, Log, and Dmp files. You can find direction on where to find the files in the link below.

It looks like this was the same error that we logged JIRA report UE-5778 in our tracking software. It has now been fixed as of the latest 4.7 Preview 8. Please feel free to test your project there or wait for the official 4.7 release, which should be quite soon. If you do decide to test it now, just make sure that you convert it as a copy and then post back here to let us know if it worked or not.
