I’m getting an error saying “MSB3073 – MSBuild” when I build my project in Visual Studio.

You could try the following:
First, make sure that Visual Studio is fully up to date.
To do that, go to Help - Check for Updates and install any available updates.
Then, when building from Visual Studio, make sure the Unreal Editor is closed. In some cases, having the editor open can cause build issues.
If neither of those steps resolves the problem, I’ve included two posts below that mention some additional solutions that might be helpful.
