If anyone would want to reply this guy - dont bother.

  1. Its NOT a studio (he clearly states later on post that its just a team), its only this guy and 2 others.
  2. It would take a day for him to reply your message (every time), then he will tell you that you are not required.
  3. He says “…team with experience in the video game and animation industry”, they dont have this experience and they never released any games (he cleraly states later on his post that this is their FIRST project).

In general - this guy pretends to be a manager of imaginary game studio.
So dont bother, its a joke.
