Open Level Node in 5.3 does not activate effects

Hello Everyone,
I noticed that when I am working on a level and hit play. All my effects work as expected. If I start my game from the login screen. Then open the level by name or reference. The effects do not activate. If I play my level from the editor. Then go back to the main menu then go back to the level. Everything works as expected. It feels as if once the Niagara/Legacy particles are compiled it’s business as usual. My solution is to just activate these particles when the players are near them in the level. Does anyone have a better solution? I would ideally like them to work. But I guess triggering the particles when near is also a good way to handle this.
