Open details and the list w the objects again

hi, I have closed some taps in the unreal engine and
could you please tell me how open the details panel (I dont know if its a pennel but i think so xD) and the list with the object in my ‘level’ again?
(sry im for my english im from germany)

Wherever you are you can always restore tabs by in the Window Menu (on top).
