stop acting as accomplices to malicious attackers just because they submitted a simple notification. You must download the products, demand actual evidence from the individuals filing these copyright strikes, and do a proper comparison. If you don’t, this platform will turn into a place where anyone can slander others and sabotage their hard work. Do not be complicit in this nonsense!
Just look at the differences between the two works and tell me if you can find any good faith in this slander! This is downright despicable behavior.
So that even looking at just two images is enough, yet as sellers, we experience this kind of nonsense as a result of absurd AI bots likely responding to every support request.
If you compare the breakdown point of the slanderer named Vladimir’s plane with mine, you will understand the difference; or there is no need to mention other details like the engine structure, seat sets,wing structure, or landing gear!

Vladimir updated his product on August 11th! Probably using parts from my set. But still, these two sets are still independent of each other! The main question here is this: How can a user create a new set with the set they bought from me and send me a copyright infringement notice, and how can Fab accept this and remove my set? Have you lost your minds? What kind of nonsense is this!
I have recently learned that an individual named "Volodymyr Stepaniuk " or vladimir.stepaniyuk@gmail.com has submitted a baseless copyright strike via Fab against my “Airplane Crash” set, which I spent weeks working on, modeling every single piece from scratch. I do not know this person in any capacity, nor have I ever seen a single one of his products before.
In response to this insolent slander, the clear facts I want to make known are as follows:

Zero Plagiarism, 100% Hard Work: Every single polygon and texture of this project was entirely created by me under the umbrella of Gemreer 3D Studio through months of intense labor. There is absolutely no possibility of plagiarism whatsoever.

Absurd Claim of Rights: This individual is acting like a paranoid who thinks every airplane wreckage concept in the world belongs to him. No one holds a monopoly over a general concept.

Malice and Jealousy: My product is currently selling successfully across all major marketplaces and is receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews. Behind this unfounded copyright claim lies obvious jealousy and a blatant attempt to sabotage a successful project.
I absolutely refuse to accept this despicable slander against my hard work and this unjustified copyright strike. Keep your hands off my product immediately. I will take all necessary legal action through my company and my lawyers against those who try to undermine my business with such cheap tactics.
I urge the entire 3D design and CG community to be cautious against such baseless “copyright trolls” who try to gain traction by dragging the hard work of others through the mud. If this nonsense is not put to an end immediately, I will continue to expose this situation in the harshest manner possible across all platforms I am a part of.
