OnShift/Alt/ControlDown = crash

Hello,

I am using 4.8.2 and I override OnPreviewKeyDown in my widget.
It crashes when I check if Left/Right Alt/Shift/Control is down it crashes without any “error report” window. But if I just check key everything works fine.

Any workaround ?

I’ve assigned someone to look into this for you, and they’ll post here if they have any questions for you.

It may be helpful to get ahold of crash log from project after this occurs. Please reproduce crash and then find log in your project’s Saved\Logs folder, then and attach it here. Thanks!

Hello ,

I was able to reproduce this issue on our end. After a bit of digging I found that this is a known issue (UE-17122) and that it has been resolved internally. This solution will be available in a later release of engine. I do not currently have a workaround for this issue. You will be able to find more information on original post.
