Online Turn Based Noob Assistance Request

I am decently sure there is probably a simple answer that I am just missing.

I am attempting to have:

  1. Client 1 choose an action from a set of 8.
  2. Client 2 choose an action from a set of 8.
  3. Server play out a specific sequence based on the actions chosen by each Client.

Any assistance is appreciated.
