One of our client is facing issue while he download or want to use any library part.

He can sign in to the Epic launcher to open Twinmotion but Once he is in Twinmotion he’s unable to use anything in it. It asks for Sign In.

Hi ,

If this issue is still occurring, please first try following the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article to reset Twinmotion back to a default state, in case a misconfiguration is causing the problem.

If that does not fix the issue, please submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page and attach a copy of the Twinmotion.log file (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) after this issue occurs so our support team can investigate.
